2018 SPRING OFF-SEASON STRENGTH & CONDITIONING




The Spring S&C sessions are scheduled at Southwick District Stadium weight room. We will start Monday, March 19th and will continue until May 3rd. We will offer S&C every Monday-Thursday that we have a full day of school. The Spring session runs from 2:55-4 for grades 7-12. The workout will vary depending on your technique, level of athlete (1-5), and if you are currently participating in one of our S&C classes during the school day.
