2024 Summer Pirate Power Strength & Conditioning
All students should sign up by May 27th to attend our summer program.
We will offer morning S&C Monday-Thursday with two 3 week sessions. June 10-June 27th is the first session, July 1st-7th is a dead week and we will resume the 2nd session July 8th-25th.

Again in 2024 Students are highly encouraged to make 70% (16 days) of summer S&C offered (24 days) , which qualifies them for an in person advanced physical fitness course during the semester. For students that only make 50% (12-15 days) they will have to spend the first few weeks of advanced physical fitness doing a different workout doing some of the foundational work they missed out on during the summer.
We will be offering makeup opportunities in August. This a great opportunity for students that came up a few days short to reach that 12th or 16th day or were out of town a large majority of the summer and can make up to 5 days during the second week of fall sports (August 19-23rd) in the mornings from 6:45-7:45am at the Stadium. We will start in the weight room and finish on turf, track and bleachers. You must email me if you plan to attend the makekups.
